Piezzetta is the creation of Italian father-son restaurateurs, Harry and Chris Ilardo, and Italian trained Chef, James Schroeder. It's a simple and modern concept, inspired by old world Italian cooking. 

Introduced to America 100 years ago, pizza quickly became an American favorite. Over the years, most pizzerias have turned to pizza-by-the-slice as the fastest, most efficient way to serve. But as staunch believers in homemade ingredients, freshness and authentic offerings, the Ilardos and James, knew that pizza-by-the-slice fell short. Enter Piezzetta. It's inspired by the way pizza was originally crafted. Here, homemade crusts are assembled and rolled in the kitchen. Ingredients like ground lamb, goat cheese and truffle oil are sourced to build the most flavorful, eclectic (or traditional, if that's what you're looking for!) combinations. Customers order and watch their meals get meticulously pieced together.
